Huckleberry Banana Bread

Did we say Huckleberry?! Yes! This limited quantity breakfast item will sell fast (but we promise to bring it back in August come Huckleberry season). We love a good slice of banana bread, especially with North Idaho Huckleberries. There isn’t anything better that these purple morsels of goodness. Each package includes 2 thick slices of Huckleberry Banana Bread.

These can be wrapped inn a wet cloth or paper towel and left to rest and hydrate again, or used like a biscotti in hot tea, cocoa, coffee, and/or milk. (I prefer these with coffee when I am camping).
