Knocked it out of the park with this one. Psoriasis has been a curve ball to every aspect of my life and hunting was one of the bigger challenges. Trying to figure out what I could eat on the mountain that was efficient and sustaining has proved to be an issue. This meal is a great solution to that. Not to mention I’m almost always craving vegetables after a hunt this meal again scratches that itch. 👏🏼 👏🏼
